Green Earth Engineering & Construction, Inc is dedicated to building the best VALUED HOMES in the lovely Silicon Valley. Raymond and Sylvia Leung, husband and wife team, founded the company on principles aligned with homebuyers seeking safer and stronger places to call home. We combine environmental friendly home features with sound engineered designs so the homes we build will not only be structurally sound, and disaster-resistant; but also energy-efficient, and a more comfortable, healthier environment for your family.
	Raymond is a licensed General Contractor, a Professional Engineer, and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He was a research scientist in the Aerospace industry prior to founding Green Earth, thus, safety was a key factor in all engineered designs. He receives a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
	Sylvia has over 20 years of financial and project management experience in both the high tech and construction industry. Sylvia worked as a project manager for Bay Networks, and Investment manager for Fujitsu and is a consultant in obtaining financing for various companies. She is also a certified management accountant, has taught a variety of business and project management classes a California State University at Northridge. She is a licensed real estate broker. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for her, so is the bottom line. Sylvia received a B.S. in Accounting from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from California Polytechnic State University.
